Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Springbrook Center in Westbrook, ME. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, focusing on achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to ensure timely interventions.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification, if employed at a skilled nursing center, or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
