Job Summary

May Mobility is seeking a Senior Field Autonomy Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Autonomy team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and develop features across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with Autonomy, Product Management, and engineering functions to develop features
  • Build tools and features to support Field Engineering workflows
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects
  • Travel to May Mobility sites to provide hands-on support and expert diagnosis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Familiarity with mobile robotics and Linux environments
  • Experience developing or editing software and operating in a Linux environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Prior experience with mobile robotics and/or autonomous vehicles
  • Experience designing software in C, Python, and/or Bash environments
  • Experience handling and creating insights from large data sets
