Contract Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time attorney to join our team at Executive Alliance. As a contract attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal services to our clients in the areas of insurance coverage, litigation, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in insurance coverage and litigation matters
• Conducting research and analyzing complex legal issues
• Developing and implementing strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client goals
• Collaborating with our team of experienced attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services

Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong litigation experience and insurance coverage knowledge
• Real estate experience a plus
