Job Overview

Position Summary

As a vital member of a leading beverage manufacturing organization, you will collaborate with our engineering division and contribute to a variety of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research materials, production methods, and product development.
  • Generate and revise technical schematics and specifications.
  • Execute calculations and simulations to assess performance metrics.
  • Engage in product and process evaluation and validation.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and technical integration.
  • Compile reports and presentations detailing project advancements.
  • Participate in meetings and offer insights during team discussions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production to establish preventive maintenance and calibration protocols within the CMMS framework.
  • Assist engineering in enhancing operational areas within the facility.
  • Design, plan, and execute projects under the guidance of a senior engineer.
  • Support the creation, modification, and assessment of documentation, including Preventive Maintenance plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Batch Records, Material specifications, and more.
  • Help develop work instructions for maintenance and production teams.
  • Adhere to GMP standards to ensure product integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
  • Capability to manage extensive quantitative data.
  • Proficient in maintaining detailed accountability records, including budgets, contracts, and inventory.
  • Ability to execute tasks autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ascend and descend ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Proficient in using hands and arms for reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and manipulating materials and tools.
  • Capability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb consistently throughout the work shift.
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, rotate, push, and pull frequently.
  • Comfortable working with equipment that contains electromagnetic components.
