Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine and portable x-ray exams, ensuring efficient operation of equipment and adherence to radiation safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards.

• Conduct x-ray exams, utilizing your expertise to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
• Assess diagnostic images for technical quality, ensuring they meet required standards.
• Update patient details and examination records, adjusting exam descriptions as necessary to accurately reflect the procedures performed.
• Efficiently use PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, completing all necessary documentation for each exam.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of x-ray and related equipment, adhering to infection control guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs to supervisory staff.
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with regulatory requirements.
• Assist patients with mobility, applying correct body mechanics during transfers, lifting, and ambulation.
• Maintain a valid Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• ARRT Licensure within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification within 90 days of hire.
