About the RoleWe're seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our network. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
The Ideal Candidate
- Flexibility: You'll have complete autonomy over your schedule, allowing you to see patients when and where you want.
- Independence: As an independent contractor, you'll be your own boss, with the freedom to take as much time off as you need.
- Compensation: With strong per-visit rates, you'll determine your own income by the number of patients you treat.
- Administrative Support: Our team will handle assigning, communication, scheduling, care coordination, and quality assurance support, so you can focus on what matters most: treating your patients.
- One-on-One Treatment: You'll observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and changes in their condition, ensuring personalized care plans.
- Easy Documentation: Our intuitive Electronic Medical Record system makes documentation seamless, allowing you to complete it during visits or at your convenience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Licensure: A current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy is required.
- Education: Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program is essential.
- Reliable Transportation: You'll need a reliable vehicle for patient visits.
- Bilingualism: While not mandatory, bilingual candidates are highly valued.
