The organization specializes in the production of tailored wire harnesses and cable assemblies, encompassing a wide range of complexities. This position is for 1st shift Electro-Mechanical Assemblers. The organization is committed to training individuals who exhibit positive attitudes and a willingness to learn. There are no physical lifting requirements associated with this role. The organization recognizes that new hires will require training in their specific processes and will not be expected to perform at full capacity immediately. They are seeking candidates with aptitude, capability, and motivation. Individuals selected for these roles must be open to training and acquiring new skills, with a training duration of approximately one year to achieve full proficiency in their products and processes. Employees will gain substantial knowledge while working here. The team will also receive training and certification to IPC-620 class III standards.Hard Skills

Climate-controlled workspace (Air Conditioned). The facility is well-maintained and produces high-performance cable assemblies, wiring harnesses, and interconnect systems designed to operate reliably in challenging conditions. The organization currently employs 85 individuals and is projected to expand to over 160 this year. A majority of the cable assemblies manufactured are utilized in aerospace or defense sectors, including applications in advanced space missions and military vehicles.
