Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Specialist to join our team at Plainridge Park Casino. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including soups, sauces, and entrees
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Participate in menu planning and development
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
