Responsibilities:
  • Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status
  • Complete full vacant turn process in a timely manner, including drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and grouting

  • Complete administrative paperwork as necessary
  • Assist with snow and ice removal, as required

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, with skills in drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC
  • HVAC Certification or experience preferred, but willing to train
  • Possess own tools
  • Maintain a professional appearance, following team dress code policy
  • Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs
  • Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
