Traveling Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Skilled Nursing Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and education to nursing staff to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and procedures.
- Medication Management: Ensure that medications are administered in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with facility policy.
- Treatment Administration: Ensure that treatments are administered in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with facility policy.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Certifications: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Experience: At least one year of Skilled Nursing management experience required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
