As an Enterprise Marketing Specialist at Smithville Communications, you will play a pivotal role in developing impactful strategies that engage premium clients and drive substantial revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with diverse teams, and creating tailored omnichannel experiences that resonate with our target audience. You will also spearhead the establishment of a comprehensive testing framework aimed at continuously improving campaign effectiveness. In partnership with marketing operations, you will ensure that every initiative is informed by data, optimized for budget, and crafted for maximum engagement and conversion.


Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and refine growth marketing strategies to meet customer acquisition and sales objectives (35%).
  • Lead targeted demand generation initiatives across various revenue segments through personalized omnichannel marketing experiences (20%).
  • Oversee digital campaigns from conception to execution, enhancing conversion rates (5%).
  • Establish a testing framework to boost performance across channels and vendors (5%).
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to assess campaign effectiveness and ensure successful outcomes (5%).
  • Work with digital marketing operations to optimize campaign budgets and enhance engagement (5%).
  • Engage in special projects such as formulating annual marketing strategies and plans (5%).

Decision-Making Responsibilities
  • Choosing and timing marketing tactics.
  • Planning market strategies for new offerings.
  • Collaborating with team members and engaging stakeholders.
  • Managing the marketing budget and resource allocation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in computer applications; experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to plan and schedule marketing activities to support revenue goals.
  • Strong project management skills; capable of meeting deadlines for both short-term and long-term projects.
  • Proficient in executing, measuring, and reporting results, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent B2C marketing skills, including communication, negotiation, and time management.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perceive color is necessary for this position.
  • Expected to learn on the job within a designated timeframe – including industry regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as marketing strategy development.
