Work Schedule:
This position entails a flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, including two late shifts (until 6 PM and 7 PM) and a Saturday rotation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans.
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' conditions.
- Develop, modify, and assess a care plan tailored to identified issues, involving patients and their families according to their capabilities and preferences.
- Execute therapeutic interventions using standard physical therapy techniques appropriate for the patient's age and condition.
- Oversee the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification is required.
- Graduation from a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association is essential.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in orthopedic physical therapy is advantageous.
- Open to recent graduates.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and navigate stairs without assistance and maintain balance under sudden load to prevent patient falls.
- Capability to meet the physical demands categorized at the heavy level as defined by industry standards.
- Proficiency in lifting and reaching to assist patients during therapeutic interventions.
- Sensory ability to palpate muscle tension and monitor patient pulse.
- Visual acuity to observe and analyze patients' motor movements and read monitors effectively.
- Clear verbal communication skills to instruct patients and their families.
- Auditory ability to comprehend patients' descriptions of symptoms and responses to treatment.
