Sales Leadership:
As a Regional Sales Head, you will develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's priorities. You will work closely with our consumer sales team to drive business results, grow sales, and build strong relationships with internal partners and external contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve individual production goals
- Create an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development to help employees achieve personal/branch goals
- Collaborate with branch partners to successfully achieve goals, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Integrate segment partners, partner with Assistant Manager, and partner with the Division Operational to drive sales and outbound sales activities
- Lead hiring process and coordinate performance management, compensation, communication, and employee evaluation of branch staff
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales management or financial industry
- Previous experience in banking or financial industry preferred
- Sales management experience preferred
- Registered or willing to register as mortgage loan originator with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills and analytic skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
