We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at the Florida Autism Center. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for championing clinical excellence, mentoring a dedicated team of professionals, and creating a culture where our clients and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs to deliver high-quality autism services
- Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives to improve client outcomes
- Collaborate with our Learning Performance and Development team to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Manage caseloads and billable expectations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Participate in ethics, research, and advocacy committees to contribute to the development of best practices in autism care
- A competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000
