Overview
Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of an effective training program for the Toyota Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze organizational training needs through assessments, surveys, and interviews with employees and site leadership teams.
- Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the organization's goals and employee development needs.
- Create comprehensive training curricula, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Lead training sessions and workshops, utilizing various instructional techniques to engage participants and enhance learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team members to identify training needs and develop targeted programs that address specific skills and identified gaps.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and supervisors in their professional development journeys.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards and maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, continually seeking ways to enhance training offerings.
- Utilize training technologies and tools to facilitate learning and track training progress effectively.
- Oversee and mentor site trainers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or a related area is essential.
- Experience in managerial or supervisory roles can be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective training delivery and collaboration.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis.
- Strong ability to build relationships and foster a positive learning environment.
- Skills in managing multiple projects, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, Winteam, Microsoft Office, and other training technologies.
