We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, leveraging your extensive experience and understanding of specific patient populations. You will utilize your knowledge, research, and clinical experience to adapt to changing patient needs.
This nursing professional will apply the Synergy Model for Care, personalizing care for each patient and their family while serving as a resource for colleagues and advocating strongly for patients.
Key Duties Include:- Providing safe, reliable, and effective patient care independently, utilizing the nursing process
- Applying the Synergy Model for Care to tailor treatment plans
- Communicating effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Accurately documenting the nursing process in the appropriate formats
- Incorporating patient and family input into care planning
- Evaluating patient responses to care and adjusting plans as necessary
Applicants must possess a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or a temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. Candidates should be graduates of an accredited nursing program with at least 12 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years or recent completion of a re-entry nursing program.
Note: Individuals currently employed as an LPN within the Emory Healthcare system who have completed an accredited RN program and are in the process of obtaining their RN license may be eligible for the Nurse Clinician title while participating in the Resident program.
