Job Overview

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long View is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to fill a full-time, PRN or temp-contract position. The ideal candidate will work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.


This COTA role involves developing treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of patients, improving their quality of life through effective observation, assessment, and documentation of progress. You will maintain open communication with the therapy team, patient, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.


The successful COTA candidate will possess excellent teamwork skills and be interested in ongoing education opportunities. If you are looking for support, training, and the chance to grow within a refreshing environment, we would love to discuss this opportunity further.


To be considered, candidates must have an active state COTA license and be willing to commit to unlimited employee referral bonuses. Multiple locations may be available for PRN coverage or potential full-time opportunities. This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
