About the Role:
As a Patient Care Technician at Davita, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment, providing direct one-on-one care, and recording vital statistics and observations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Treatment Preparation: Ensure patients are properly prepared for treatment, including setting up hemodialysis machines and reviewing patient charts.
- One-on-One Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and addressing patient concerns.
- Post-Treatment Procedures: Record patient observations and statistics, and ensure patients are safely discharged after treatment.
