Position ResponsibilitiesAs a Cycle Count and Quality Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Performing internal investigations regarding discrepancies such as damaged or missing items.
- Evaluating materials to ensure compliance with established specifications for resale.
- Maintaining equipment and processes to prevent damage and ensure safety.
- Fostering a safety-first mindset to minimize risks and injuries in the workplace.
- Collaborating with leadership and various departments to ensure accurate inventory adjustments and investigations.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A strong understanding of basic mathematical operations, including the ability to work with decimals and fractions.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively.
- A valid OSHA certification for operating powered industrial trucks.
- A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
