Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Rapid Plumbing. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Your goal will be to understand our customers' needs and preferences, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.

About the Role:
This role requires a high level of customer service expertise, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling complex customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
