Remote Sensing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Sensing Specialist to join our team in Arnold, Missouri. As a key member of our CADRG/ECRG team, you will be responsible for acquiring, analyzing, and disseminating geospatial products in support of standard product requirements.

About the Role

This is a mid-level position that requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of NGA products and maps. You will work closely with our government team lead to communicate with customers and vendors, add metadata to databases, and establish production goals and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support CADRG Government Team Lead in communicating with customers and vendors
  • Add metadata to disparate databases to support current CADRG production
  • Establish and manage detailed production goals, strategies, and processes
  • Create, update, and manage geospatial information system databases and products
  • Research using ArcGIS and QGIS software and common office business software
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of various NGA products and maps
  • Georeferencing skills
  • Data analysis and analytics skills
