About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Avera Brady Health and Rehab. As a CNA, you will provide direct, personal care and services to residents in our skilled nursing facility, meeting their physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota within 120 days of starting this position.
  • Basic Life Support Certification required within 6 months if primary work shift is a night shift position.
  • Ability to work evening shifts, including 2:00pm-10:30pm, 4:00pm-10:30pm, and 6:00pm-10:30pm, with options to work every other or every third weekend and holiday.
