Job Summary
A temporary position is available as a Paint Helper at ResourceMFG in Lynwood. This role involves assisting the painter and performing daily activities related to painting, including sanding, cleaning, and mixing primers and topcoats. The ideal candidate will have prior painting experience and be able to work safely with hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the painter in preparing parts for painting
  • Mix chromate and non-chromated primers and topcoats
  • Lay out and maneuver parts for ease of application
  • Complete work orders and paperwork during the paint process
  • Document oven charts and temperatures accurately
  • Clean and sweep the paint shop as needed
  • Observe safety regulations and wear protective gear
