Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Floor Leader to join our team at Total Renal Care. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4 fully trained Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in providing care to 12 to 16 dialysis patients.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Active current RN License in Michigan.
- At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience in a fast-paced setting such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg, or Dialysis Nursing.
- ADN/BSN/Diploma degree in Nursing.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
