At RailPros, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bridge Engineer to lead our rail infrastructure projects in Irvine, CA. This pivotal role involves overseeing project documentation, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with CAD designers to deliver high-quality railroad structures.

About the Role:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee structural project work, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and discipline leads to ensure integrated project delivery.

Requirements:

  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License is required in California.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program is necessary.
  • A minimum of 8 years of structural engineering experience with at least 2 years in railroad and transit structures design is essential.
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and guidelines is crucial.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, life & disability insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
