As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering accurate and complete orders to customers within designated service time, adhering to our Customer Service Standards.
- Preparing and serving consistently high-quality food items, following the training materials provided by the Company.
- Upholding the Company’s image and policies, ensuring all conduct aligns with our standards as outlined in the Orientation and Training Handbook.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations, meeting health department standards.
- Managing cash handling responsibilities and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Providing guidance and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Assisting the General Manager in achieving Company standards related to staff training, inventory control, labor management, revenue growth, and performance reviews.
- Completing necessary paperwork and data entry accurately and promptly.
- Following all procedures for restaurant operations, including opening and closing tasks.
- Addressing unexpected occurrences and communicating effectively with management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or retail industry is preferred.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, along with basic math skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
- A commitment to working a standard schedule of 36-40 hours per week and fulfilling all essential job functions.
- A minimum of six months of experience with the Company or completion of the Assistant Manager Trainee program.
- Certification in CARDS.
- Successful completion of the Company Assistant Manager Training Plan and relevant evaluations.
- Completion of the Little Caesars Basic Operations Course or equivalent within the last year.
- ServSafe Manager Training completed within the past year.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for job-related responsibilities.
- Compliance with Company Background Verification guidelines.
- Eligibility to work in the United States as per the Department of Justice requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:
- Lift and move items weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Reach for items at various heights and utilize equipment safely.
- Effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Comprehend and follow directions and training materials.
- Utilize mathematical skills for various operational tasks.
