• Oversee the demolition process, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Manage a team of demolition crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in demolition operations, with a focus on bridge construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
