We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Worker to join our team at Pilot Flying J. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including floors, counters, and restrooms
  • Clean and sanitize showers and restroom facilities
  • Wash, load, and unload towels for showers
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Pick up and remove all trash and recyclables from the store
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
