Physician - Cardiovascular Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished interventional cardiologist and structural heart physician to join our esteemed team at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. As a member of our Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented group of physicians and researchers who are dedicated to advancing the field of cardiovascular medicine.
About the PositionThis is an open-rank/track faculty position, commensurate with academic record and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting research, and teaching the next generation of cardiologists.
Responsibilities- Provide routine and complex coronary artery disease care, including inpatient and outpatient consultative and primary services
- Conduct research in clinical and extramurally funded areas, with a focus on advancing cardiovascular medicine
- Teach and mentor students, residents, and fellows in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine
- Participate in departmental and institutional service activities, as needed
- Board certification or eligibility in cardiology
- Successful completion of a US-accredited cardiology fellowship
- Eligibility for an Ohio medical license
- Desirable qualifications include clinical and extramurally funded research experience
