About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse - RN, you will be responsible for:
- Performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
- Establishing realistic, measurable short and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
- Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
- Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicating patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is required, and one to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
