Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
