We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Good Charlie's Oyster Bar and Seafood Kitchen. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Taking Orders and Serving Drinks and Food: Take orders from customers and serve drinks and food in a timely and efficient manner.
• Preparing Beverages: Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails.
• Communicating with Customers: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, making menu recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Providing an Exceptional Guest Experience: Nurture customers to provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintaining a Clean and Organized Bar: Keep the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Checking IDs: Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.

• Experience: Previous experience as a bartender is required.
• Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages, as well as basic computer and math skills.
• Certifications: TABC certification is required.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
