Job Overview

Position Title: Precision Machinist

In the role of Precision Machinist, you will be tasked with the fabrication of innovative drip tape systems. Your responsibilities will include the setup and operation of CNC milling and lathe machines, as well as manual milling and lathe operations (including Mill and Bridgeport). Familiarity with Lathe Southband and Calamazoo saws is essential. A strong command of CAD software and SolidWorks for blueprint interpretation is required. Additionally, you will utilize calipers and micrometers to guarantee accuracy in your work.

Essential Skills
  • Expertise in CNC milling and lathe operation
  • Proficient in manual milling and lathe operation
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software
  • Ability to read and interpret SolidWorks blueprints

Work Environment

This position is based in a manufacturing setting. The characteristics of the work environment are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this role.
