">Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our multidisciplinary surgical team in the Women's Center. As an essential member of our team, you will provide individualized care and support to patients during surgical procedures. This role requires the completion of an Operating Room Technician program and may involve assisting the nursing staff to enhance patient outcomes and ensure safety.
">Responsibilities:

- Assist the professional nursing staff in the execution of the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care for a specific group of patients.">
- Collaborate with a highly experienced surgical team to positively impact each patient served.">
- May be eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps pay off student loans and save money.">
- Work a 7:00am-7:30pm/7:00pm-7:30am schedule, with every third weekend/holiday, occasional call, and 72 hours/2 weeks.">
Requirements:

- High school graduate with satisfactory completion of an Operating Room Technician program required.">
- Previous experience as a CST preferred.">
- Successful completion of National Exam of Surgical Technicians preferred.">
Compensation:
">The estimated hourly range for this position is $23.25-$34.00 per hour, depending on experience. Avera offers competitive pay and loan repayment options to help you succeed in your career.
