Position Overview

In your designated departments, you will oversee all merchandising activities while upholding brand standards and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement store merchandising standards in accordance with visual and merchandise guidelines for optimal product display.

- Ensure adequate product availability on the sales floor through effective remerchandising and replenishment based on sales performance and seasonal adjustments.

- Conduct merchandising tasks accurately and promptly in line with company policies and brand expectations.

- Manage pricing tasks, including price adjustments, signage updates, and ticketing, with precision and efficiency.

- Adhere to product protection protocols and company policies to minimize inventory loss.

- Assist in training team members on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools as directed by store management.

- Collaborate with fellow associates to merchandise incoming products with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications

Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Experience in retail or service industries.

Compensation:
Starting pay at $16.65
