The chosen candidate will engage regularly with contractors and government entities concerning security and clearance issues.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Must hold and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.

**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional adjustments on Tuesdays.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate weekly briefings for contractors and military personnel, manage administrative tasks, and update security databases while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Rotate through various roles including Briefing, Clearance Processing, and Front Desk as necessary.
  • Possess familiarity with security systems such as DISS, Scattered Castle, M3/SMS, DEERS/Rapids, e-Travel, C-Cure 9000, and PeopleSoft Access Management System (PSAM).
  • Collaborate with the Facility Security Officer to ensure compliance with Department of Defense clearance requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and producing precise reports.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintain a keen attention to detail in daily operations.
  • Understand and adhere to current DoD and NGA security policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties related to the management and processing of classified materials.
  • Execute all other security-related tasks as assigned.
