Responsabilidades

  • Verificar contratos, precios, peso de productos, tarifas de flete y asegurar que la documentación sea precisa para minimizar retrasos en la facturación y la recepción de pagos.
  • Procesar transacciones contables relacionadas con cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar utilizando QuickBooks.
  • Asegurar que los clientes tengan o reciban la documentación necesaria para cumplir con las regulaciones de seguridad y productos.
  • Supervisar el escritorio de pedidos, verificando precios, adjuntando números de órdenes de compra, conciliando cuentas y rastreando envíos para garantizar que los pedidos se cumplan.
  • Asistir a los corredores de ventas con diversas transacciones relacionadas con el desarrollo de muestras de productos, proporcionando tendencias de ventas y manteniendo el sitio web de productos con las líneas de compra disponibles actuales.
  • Brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional a clientes y proveedores.
  • Aprender sobre la gestión logística y de la cadena de suministro de productos agrícolas.

Calificaciones

  • Experiencia en las industrias de Agricultura, Productos Básicos o Cadena de Suministro es imprescindible.
  • Se requieren al menos 2 años de experiencia en contabilidad/teneduría de libros.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Excel y QuickBooks.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, atención al detalle, servicio al cliente y resolución de problemas son esenciales.
  • Fuertes habilidades matemáticas, analíticas y organizativas son necesarias.
  • Conocimiento en Documentación de Exportación y logística internacional es un plus.
