Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders in students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to address the needs of students.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings to support student progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support for students.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid state SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
