We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all equipment is maintained in optimal condition, minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance. You will be tasked with:

  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
  • Performing routine checks and repairs on electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
  • Maintaining effective communication with guests and staff to address their needs.
  • Updating maintenance logs and work orders accurately.
  • Conducting repairs in guest rooms and public areas, including plumbing and electrical tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.
  • Monitoring fire alarm and life safety systems, being prepared to act in emergencies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in maintenance roles.

  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
