Concrete Form Carpenter

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our dynamic team at Industrial Trade Services as a Form Carpenter or Rod Buster. As a key member of our concrete work team in Dayton, OH, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and dismantling wooden and metal forms for concrete structures.

Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and dismantle wooden and metal forms for concrete structures.
• Measure and cut materials to precise specifications.
• Ensure forms are properly aligned and braced.
• Assist with pouring and finishing concrete.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete forming and finishing is required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in concrete work.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
