The PositionWe are seeking a full-time, year-round pool maintenance specialist with a natural work ethic, a positive and flexible attitude, and experience in the field. As a pool maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch services and positive customer experiences for our valued clients. You will also be required to make minor repairs to the pool as necessary.
About the Job- Provide pool maintenance services to our clients, including cleaning, testing, and balancing the pool water.
- Perform minor repairs to the pool and its equipment, as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve our company goals.
- Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- At least six months of experience in making minor pool repairs.
- A willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license, if you do not currently have one.
- A valid driver's license without restrictions.
- The ability to walk for long periods of time in high outdoor temperatures.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication and information sharing.
We offer a safe and happy work environment, quality paid training with our lead technicians, and no nights. Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 per hour.
