Job Description:
This role involves providing targeted support to identified students, implementing crisis intervention strategies, and advocating for students' holistic welfare (social, emotional, academic). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs, facilitating IEP meetings and developing and tracking interventions to understand IEP effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work and LMSW license eligibility in the State of Illinois. Previous experience in a PreK-5 setting is preferred.

Estimated Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
