Responsibilities
  • Support local sales managers, HQ, and customers by answering questions and resolving any sales operation-related issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customer operations teams to understand and align on the impact of scheduling issues and identify mitigation plans.
  • Track and manage open orders, verify pricing, and work with HQ to ensure product is stocked and shipped according to schedule.
  • Process RMA requests and sales billing adjustments.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline with 0+ years of experience in sales operations process, logistics, and inventory management. Relevant semiconductor experience is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $32.15 - $40.92 USD per hour, depending on location and experience. In addition to your salary, you'll receive a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and charitable giving matches.
