Job Title: Home Health Aide Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Home Health Aide Recruiter to join our team at FreedomCare, LLC. As a key member of our LHCSA team, you will be responsible for executing high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new staff members within our homecare agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute high-volume recruitment and onboarding for new staff members
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  • Follow up on leads from Health Plans and internal staff
  • Leverage Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential HHAs
  • Maintain a presence at healthcare job fairs and create open house events
  • Maintain up-to-date notes in ATS (Applicant Tracking system)
  • Coordinate follow-up interviews with required team members
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment
  • Fluency in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English)
  • High energy, well-spoken, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with behavioral-based interviewing
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
