About the Role

84 Lumber is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Associate to join our team. As a Yard Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lumber yard and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build loads for delivery and unload freight, including lumber and building supplies
  • Operate a forklift and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Communicate delays or discrepancies with management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
