About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our Marketing Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of new and existing data science powered products, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Your expertise will be essential in providing technical guidance and support to non-technical stakeholders, educating colleagues on the use of data science in marketing and advertising, and driving the implementation of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the implementation of data science powered products and features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Educate colleagues on data science concepts and applications in marketing and advertising
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in mathematics, computer science, or a quantitative STEM field. You should have experience with programming languages such as Python, as well as expertise in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or quant. If you have experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and leading project implementation, that's a big plus
