  • Lead and organize design teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit proposals for new projects, working closely with clients to develop additional work.
  • Coordinate with design discipline managers to schedule, plan, and assign personnel.
  • Provide quality control, ensuring all client needs and requests are met.
  • Supervise and coordinate the submission of documents to reviewing authorities.
  • Perform site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Accomplished Professional Engineer (PE) with 15+ years of experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of construction process, familiar with AIA contracts.
  • Self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, with good understanding of healthcare plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
