Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chemical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Net2Source Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of solutions for the Coatings Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing chemicals and testing samples in a chemistry lab environment.
- Documentation and record-keeping of laboratory activities.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Operating with a high sense of urgency and flexibility to adapt to priority changes.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and management through email, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Requirements:
- Experience in laboratory activities, including performance of experiments and basic chemical mixing.
- Vendor management skills, including ordering materials and cataloging.
- Technical documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of chemical instrumentation, compatibility, handling, and storage.
- College-level understanding of chemistry, physics, and engineering.
Education:
A high school diploma with 6 years of practical laboratory experience, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
