Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Installation Technician - Low Voltage Specialist. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and servicing low voltage systems in residential settings. You will work independently, using your technical skills and expertise to ensure high-quality installations that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Install and configure low voltage systems, including door locks, cameras, and alarm systems
* Conduct site assessments to determine the most efficient installation method
* Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electronics or related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of low voltage systems
* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
