About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to members in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including the cafe, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Restock and replenish food and beverage supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
